Hi Linda, I'm looking for more information on when Robert Pollakck Parker's children went to Redlands, CA. Mr. Parker served as an Oregon Trail guard for the Mormon Militia and escorted my family's wagon train to their home in Redlands. Put simply, the families because VERY close and Mr. Parker would have been like a son/brother/uncle. He lived in Provo, UT during that time, but later moved to Redlands... very coincidentally. I have more information but wanted to reach out to someone who has the right connections so I don't end up down a rabbit hole. Thanks! - Janelle
I am a relative of Ella Ogden Parker (Her husband was the brother of my great grandfather). She is now deceased, quite a while. I am looking for information on a Parker that she mentioned in her memoirs, Huling Houston Parker. He was a friend of my mothers grandfather. Are you related to him or do you know anything about him? He was a surgeon in the Civil War. I am looking for a photo of him. Thanks in advance and sorry to bother if you are not related.
