My line is through Hezekiah V. Parker 1810-1852. I am trying to confirm who his father is. Ancestry.com shows Phillip Parker 1759-1829 son of Nathaniel Parker 1730-1803. Cynthia Ann Parker comes from Nathaniel Parker line. Family history passed down shows we are related to Cynthia Parker and her son Quanah (distant cousins); I truly want to confirm the connection through Hezekiah V. Parker father/grandfather. Thank you!

There is a family bible that shows Phillip as the father of several of Hezekiah's siblings. This is the only known evidence that I have ever known about.
Also, I am close to certain that we are not related to the Cynthia Ann Parker family or the Quanah Parker Family. My grandfather Fred Parker Sr. always told me we were, but the evidence shows this not to be true. I suppose there could be a connection very far back, but I have found nothing to support this.

Your Hezikiah Parker (Family Group 26) is not related to Cynthia Ann Parker's relatives Family Group 5. Thus frar there is no DNA proof of who Heziakiah Parker's parents were because there is not researched and DNA matched person.
As Patricia Ross stated, if someone down through Heaikiahs's descendants married a descendant of Elder John Parker - we have not found that but it is not through a Parker. Sorry to be a wet blanket. There are over 100 separate, unrelated lines of Parker families in the USA.
PARKER Family Group 26
P192 and P229 match on 27 of 27 markers available for comparson. P192 descends from John T. PARKER, born 1807 in Tennessee, and died in 1878 in Lawrence County Alabama. He married Mary C. "Polly" Neely, who was born 1807 and died in 1893. P229 descends from Hezekiah V. PARKER, born 1810 in Bledsoe County Tennessee, and died in 1852 in Benton County Missouri. Hezekiah married Mary Ann SMITH.
There is no DNA match with Nathaniel Parker who married Ann Clayton - he is in Family Group 18. and my Parkers are in family group #5 for Cynthia Ann Parker and grandfather Elder John Parker 1758-1836. Again thanks.
