This is a photo given to my aunts, of my maternal GM. Photo was either taken at the County Farm between Lebanon and Murfreesboro, TN in 1991 or so, where she was dropped off with her 2 brothers, by her father, or it was given to the County Farm by her father. Not sure what happened to her mother. The Vanhooks ran the County Farm and their daughter, remembered my GM and told my aunts that my GM's last name was Parker. Other research done in the 1970's made my aunts believe her father's name was John Parker. Or perhaps she is simply a descendant of a John Parker. Her two brothers were supposedly taken to Parker relatives in Texas. She also had a sister she corresponded with for a while by the name of 'Rosie' (possibly). Not much info to go on here but I'm so hoping to locate my biological relatives on my GM's side. I'm picking up where my aunts left off (now all deceased) with the research. My mother is the only living child of Sallie. I have a family tree on Ancestry.com called, 'Brents Family Tree'
