Phoebe Ann Carter, my great, great grandmother

I was told that this is Phoebe Ann Carter Wife of Charles Arthur Overstreet. She was the daughter of Littleberry Carter and Nancy Stinnett. Born September 13, 1834, died July 9, 1880. She was the mother of Martha Dematrice Overstreet. Can anyone verify this photograph as being Phoebe Ann Carter?
