Original grave of Cynthia Ann Parker. Fosterville Cemetery.She was removed in 1910 and taken to Fort Sill, Oklahomaby a delegate of Quanah to find and remove his mother, to be buried where he was living. He had to have the Parker's approval to remove her, which they finally gave him. I believe she was buried in the Oakwood Cemetery, Indian Cemetery, at Fort Sill, later re-interred at the Military Cemetery Chief's Knoll, with her son and her daughter Prairie Flower.
