Jeffie Teen Parker Wallis... my mother. She is the 7th daughter born unto William Jefferson (JEFF) Parker. She was named Jeffie after her father. Jeff Parker Mother, Mary (MOLLIE) Emma Windham Parker called him Jeffie as a child. My Mother changed her name to Jefftine Parker Wallis. Her friends called her Jay.
