William Parker, 1604-1673, Calvert Co., MD Thomasine Parker, 1632-1690?, Calvert Co., MD
Wayne,
I'm brand new to the Parker site. Appears that I belong to family group 7 so I joined it. I'm descended through William Parker 1604 of Calvert Co. and his daughter Thomasine and her husband Henry Kent Sr. You posted a boatload of info on this early branch and I've read through the summarized parts relevant to them. Is there a repository of some sort (like an annotated tree) where all of your info on William and his ancestors is viewable? I'm especially interested in the sources you were able to discover as well as the Nansemond connections. I've only been on the genealogy bandwagon for about 4 years so I'm trying hard to catch up. (The links to RootsWeb and some others don't work anymore due to Ancestry's gobbling up of everything).
Most of my findings are contained in my public tree on Ancestry. Thanks
Tony
Tony,
I know that you sent me an e-mail here on PH but I prefer that we exchange information where all the members of PH can see.
I have been researching since 1991 and I am an expert +++ genealogy researcher but I am still learning. I am not on ancestry.com.
Since you are wanting information on William Parker from me, I have posted a whole bunch of information here on PH please read all my posts. We even have maps of the locations of William Parker and his descendants lived in Nansemond county VA.
Also since you are me for help, please post information about your family here on PH so I can check out and verify your research for each generation from you back to William Parker.
I have not seen any information or proof that William Parker of Nansemond Co. VA ever lived in Calvert Co. MD so please post all the information that you have on your William Parker.

I have enjoyed our exchange of information. If you want to do more research between what I have already posted tn the many post here on PH and the information in this exchange, you should have a good starting point.
I need to get ready for a out patient surgery and after that I need to get back to my current research project of tracing the Parker members of FG#7 that stated in Nansemond Co. VA.
I still work some on my biggest and longest running project of connection all the members of DNA FG7 back to our common ancestor as this has been my most successful project . Also I need to stay on top of my duties as Co-Admin of the Parker DNA Project.
I have a lot work to do and will talk to you down the road.
Good luck on your research and please let us know if you find any new information.

I got two messages that said you replied to my last post about 10 last night, but I don't see them on the string. I don't see my post either. Is the site having hiccups?
Tony
