Rachel Viola Parker

I am looking for any information on Rachel Viola Parker.  She is my gg grandmother, and was married to Benjamin Warren Shugart.  Some in my family believe there is a connection between her and Quanah Parker, but i have yet been able to establish that.  I do not even know who her parents or siblings are.  Any help is appreciated.

Strange twist of fate. Rachel's mother Ada Ollie Duncan (1882-1968) married 1st Albert James Parker who died in 1925 and married 2nd Waller Shugart in 1925 Austin TX - the brother of Rachel's husband Benjamin Warren Shugart.
