The site mentioned was "Parker Library on the Web", and the resume went on to advise;-
"Information about this astounding resource can be found here. 'we' advise you to follow the title link even if you don't have access to a subscription, because you will still get a flavour of what an outstanding resource this is and be able to see some manuscripts. Almost every page of their collection is digitally imaged, and what a collection it is!"
Now, whilst the Parker Library may (or may not) contain anything relating to the or any Parker family, details about Matthew Parker (1504-75) - an image of him is shown below - and the Library he
founded can be read at this link, with access to the Manuscripts (mentioned in the previous paragraph) available by clicking here.
