Looking to learn more about my family.

I am adopted, so I do not know that much about my adopted family. What I do know is that my Grandmother on my mom's side was a Parker by blood, her name was Nell Parker. She married into the Downing family. That is all I can remember, we live in the Bell County area of Texas if that helps.

    i see info for a nell parker who married into the chester downing family in bell, co on family search. It is a start at least. maybe you can find family of that line to reach out to .

      Yeah those are my grandparents on my mom's side. Most of them are unfortunately dead at this point, my parents are dad 90 and mom 89, also I found out that my great-granddad's name was named Frank Parker married to May (don't know her maiden name). My mom used to have a book that went over all that, but it has been unfortunately lost.
