PARKER BORN I DONT KNOW WHEN OR WHERE.I KNOW THAT MY FATHER AND TWO UNCLES,ONE AUNT WERE BORN IN THE PIKEVILLE AREA OF KENTUCKY.THE ONLY CLUE WE HAVE IS MY UNCLE RILEY NAMED AFTER MY GF,USED TO VISIT A PERSON NAMED TOM.WE THINK THIS MAN WAS MY GF BROTHER.THIS IS FROM MY COUSINS MEMORY,THEY WOULD VISIT TOM IN EARLY 1950S HE OWNED OR OPERATED A STORE BESIDE HIS HOUSE.MY COUSIN PLAYED WITH HIS SON.I HAVE ALREADY SENT IN MY DNA AND AM WAITING FOR RESULTS.I HAVE BEEN ON ANCESTRY.COM BUT COULD NOT GET ANYTHING CONFIRMED.THERE IS A LOT OF INFORMATION BUT NO CONFORMATION.

Allen, are you Shirleys brother?? I am her daughter. I'd really love to know more about William Riley Parker if you've discovered anything. And I'd also love to know more about Fannie if you have any info. I can't get much on her.
My William Riley was born in Tennessee and died in Kentucky he had an island called island number eight in Hickman Kentucky or 40 of my family members to bed and that’s where he passed away. He was first married to Amanda Paris and then when she passed away he married #MIN Ame Hazelwood and had twin sons Oscar and my William Riley was born in Tennessee and died in Kentucky he had an Allen called island number eight in Hickman Kentucky or 40 of my family members lived and that’s where he passed away. I also have a William Riley Parker my Great grandfather. His father was Jesse Parker and Mother Elizabeth Great grandfather. His father was Jesse Parker 1815 and mother Elizabeth Gregory Parker 1821 Hardeman , Tn children Sarah 1861, Thomas 1852, John 1849, Martha J 1844, William Riley 1850 and fanny 18 55. My William Riley first wife was Amanda Harris.
That's the million-dollar question. We're still searching. My mom said that Granny (your Aunt Frances) said that her brother (your uncle) Willard was the living image of her father, and of Willard we do have pictures. As for Riley's family, so far they're lost in the mists of time. DNA may be the only clue that we can follow.
The aunt that you mentioned as being from Pikeville, Kentucky was my grandmother, Frances Parker Charles. She married my grandfather, William McKinley Charles. Four of their thirteen children are still living, one of whom is my mother.
I met aunt Frances a few times, the last time was at the funeral of my father, Claude. Could you ask if anyone in your family has a picture of my grand father Rile parker, Francis being the oldest child of my fathers family would probably have it, also what do they know of anything of your grandmothers fathers family

What I've found is that William Riley Parker was born in Pikeville, Kentucky. No known birth date. He died in McDowell County, West Virginia in either 1918 or 1919. The birth information is from the death certificate of his son, Willard Parker.
