I'm seaching for Catherine Parker's parents. I suspect it's Absalom aka Abraham Parker who lived in several counties in IN. Catherine was married abt 1839 in Dearborn Co. IN. She and her husband moved by 1850 to Quawaka, Henderson Co. IL. Where they raised a large family.
The reason I suspect Abraham aka Absalom is that I've found a family of his in IN and it contains 2 others Names of people who were with Catherine in Quawaka. Christopher C. Parker youngest child of Abraham and an older child Daniel. I suspect that Catherine was an older child of Abraham. The other children's mother Martha Wemmer married Abraham in OH in 1823. Maybe Catherine was her daughter and born the same year they married.
