Hello all, glad to be here! My Father-in-Law's Great Uncle (Charlie Parker), was Bonnie Parker's (Bonnie and Clyde's) father. My Father-in-Law's mother was Ethel May Parker who married Charlie Parker's Brother. I am trying to find out which brother she was married to. Charlie Parker had two brothers- Sam and John. I'm trying to confirm which Ethel was married to.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Well, it appears I need to make a correction. Ethel May Parker, my wife's grandmother was Bonnie Parker's cousin. Apparently one of Charlie Parker's brother's was her father, not her husband. Sorry for my confusion. Would anyone know whether Bonnie had a cousin named Ethel, or if one of Charlie's brother's had a daughter named Ethel? Thanks all!!
Charlie Parker (Bonnie's Father) was married to Emma Krouse. The only close living relative of Bonnie Parker is Bonnie Raye Parker, Hubert Nicholas Parker's daughter. Hubert was Bonnie's brother and the person that went to Louisiana to pick up Bonnie's body. Hubert's daughters name was changed by Billy Jean Parker, Bonnie's sister.

Thank you very much Mr McMillen. I've posted a correction to my first post which may be of help. The open spot in the tree for me is the name of the brother of Charlie who may have had a daughter named Ethel May. I was mistaken when I stated that Ethel was one of the brother's wives.
Hello, Richard Arestad - Census and other vitals show that in addition to several sisters, Charlie Parker and at least five brothers were all born to Jeptha/James Franklin Parker and his wife Sarah Jane Jackson. The first two sons were born in Georgia, and four other sons were born in Rusk Co. Texas. A son born 1858 was named John Henry Foster Parker, but I did not locate one named or nicknamed Sam. Of the sons' known wives listed in various records, an Ethel May Unknown was not among them.
It would be helpful to have more specific information to fill out your query, such as a maiden name for Ethel and places when and where the people of your post lived.
And finally, the most useful contact you can make is to Lincoln McMillen who is an active family historian for that particular Parker family. Lincoln is a Parker Heritage member here and may be reached on his My Page. Ask to friend him.
