Hi Parker cousins; I'm trying to help a fellow Parker (Roger) search his roots. Roger has an exact DNA match to my Parker line (grp. 10 in the Parker DNA project) indicating that his emigrant ancestor was one of the 5 Parker Brothers (Capt. James, Abraham, Joseph, John, or Jacob) who came to New England circa 1635 from England. Unfortunately, Roger only has information as far back as his g-g-g-grandfather Isaac b. 1780, d. 1820. Isaac was listed as being from Robbinston, ME at the time of his marriage in 1810; Phebe Kingsley was from Steuben, ME. We are trying to identify Roger's emigrant ancestor and connect the dots from Isaac to that ancestor; any help appreciated. karen parker-galvin
