The recent photo was taken Oct. 2007 at the farm of Ruth Parker Coffey in Blue Top community of Tazewell, TN. Blue Top has been the home of the Henry Clay Parker and Andy Parker families since they moved from Hancock Co. to Claiborne Co. I do not know the year.
