My 4th great-grandfather was John Parker b. Abt. 30 Mar 1750 (perhaps Warren County, NJ), d. 21 Sep 1841 in Adams Township, Seneca County, Ohio. His wife's name was Elizabeth, but I don't know her surname. I'm descended from their daughter, Rachel, who was b. 19 Dec 1787 in New Jersey and m. in Pennsylvania c. 1810 to Samuel Whiteman. Rachel and Samuel also died in Adams Township, Seneca County, Ohio (1857 and 1850, respectively). I would like to connect with anyone else descended from this John Parker.

Thank you for your responses. We have traced on ancestry.com the Henry Parker, my grandfather, back to Long Eaton as far back as the 1700s, earlier known as Sawley and Long Eaton, Derbyshire, England, so I'm pretty much done. Thanks. If anyone stumbles onto their Parker lineage to Long Eaton - odds are good it's the same Parker clan.
