I believe there may be a connection between your Parker/Freemans and mine. My John Parker bn 1796 was living next to John Thomas Freeman (bn 1790) and his wife Mary Watson in the 1830 Claiborne Co TN census, along with John Parker 1775 and his wife Elizabeth Carroll, Luke Parker, Isaac Parker, and a Lilly Parker (widow of an unknown Parker. My John Parker and most of his grown children later moved to Knox/Laurel Co Ky. I am really interested in the Freeman connection that you have to your Parkers. Have traced Hiram Jefferson Parker's people back to Chowanoke Indians in Bertie Co. NC - I think!!
