Elder John Parker'w living descendants match him and all of his direct lineal male descendants into Parker Project FG#5.
Jesse Parker who died 1849 has been matched into Parker Project FG#7 through direct lineal male descendants. This Jesse Parker was not a son of Elder John Parker. Today these two men are known to be unrelated and in different bloodlines. Historical geneticists suggest that -- if they were ever related at all -- it was several thousand years ago.

good morning gwen , have a very blessed day
Hello, Ola Ann Bilbrey -
Based on what censuses and vitals record in your Bilbrey family line back, I find no obvious connections to Parkers of either YDNA FG#7 or FG#5.
Joining an interest group here on Parker Heritage is a social alliance, not necessarily genetic. Interest group membership does not require a specific kinship, nor does it guarantee that you are part of a particular gene pool. So, including biographical data in your personal profile about unrelated historical figures such as FG#7 Texas Patriot Jesse Parker 1770-1849 is not necessary.
The most accurate way to identify a Parker lineage is through YDNA testing of an appropriate Parker male relative. Read up on YDNA testing on the internet to see how that works. This is painless but requires a paid test purchase.
Another method is through mitochondrial testing of the female line, or mt-dna testing. Read up on it also on the internet to see if it can help you. I do not recommend this approach, but in some cases, it is the only available route. This is painless but requires a paid test purchase.
If you find that the Parker solutions do not work for you, I suggest you investigate your Bilbrey lineage and/or your Forbes lineage either online or through your local library. You may find all manner of interesting heritage there that can be documented. There are websites and message boards of both found on the internet. The niche you say you are seeking may be found that way.
Good luck in your research.

Dear Ola-Ann :
In case you seek kinship with one or more FG# 5 Parker lines, do not include Nathaniel Parker b. 1730 who married 1) Ann Clayton then 2) the widow Mary Bledsoe in your tree. Living descendants of that Nathaniel Parker have been YDNA matched into Parker Project FG# 18. The Nathaniel Parker 1730 line is completely separate. from that of Elder John Parker's clan in FG#5.
If you are interested in Nathaniel Parker and his extended families purely in an historical sense, you can find vast amounts of accurate data online about them all. You may Google it as desired. Remember that any claims that name Nathaniel Parker 1730 and wife Ann Clayton as parents of Elder John Parker and his brother Daniel Parker are incorrect.
Yes, Nathaniel Parker 1730 married 2) the widow Mary Bledsoe in Sumner Co. Tennessee. They were both over sixty years of age, and there was no issue.
I am glad you found Mary Fabian's interest group. Continue to look through the PH groups for others that interest you. Then, as suggested before, friend them and exchange directly with them on their My Pages.

I think you answered the wrong person. I don't have those either
I'm not sure how to do that...maybe you can explain to me how to do that.
Wait...I think I figured out what you were asking. One of David's children was Isham A. Parker who I think was the father of James Barney Parker (don't know for sure though) and he was the father of my grandfather Jimmie Parker.
I am on Ancestory.com as well. As far as where I fit in, David is my ggg grand father so, I have no idea. lol
Welcome, Ola Ann to Parker Heritage!
Hope I can be of help to you ......
