Hi, I'm new to Parker Heritage. I'm not even sure if any of are related or not?! My grandfather (my mom's dad) was a Parker. His name was Herbert Parker born July 10, 1924 and passed away 35 years ago today July 19, 1987. So I didn't get a chance to meet him since I was born about 9 years later. But I've been trying to look up information on the Parker family. I've had a little help with some of my research, and I've been going on familysearch.org and I know some of the info on there can be messed with, but I have also gone on findagrave. I started off with my grandfather's dad, Walter Parker and I went from there to his father and his father before that and ended up to Sir John Parker. I think I'm a descendant of the Parker brothers who came to America from England. John and Capt. James. I mean if anyone recognizes any of those names, or even my grandfathers or great grandfathers name, please let me know. I'm mostly doing this because we wanted to have a family reunion but due to Covid we weren't able to... I'm not just researching the Parker side, I'm doing my grandfathers mom and then my Grandmothers family as well. But hey, if any of you could be related somehow, please let me know.
