  • It is a cotton tip swab to do a cheek rub inside mouth and the fee to test. FamilyTreeDNA.com is recommended by the project director. See link at to of PH. The most widely known American Indian Parker is Quanah, a Comanche Chief belonging to family #5 in the project. I am a tribal member of the Cherokee Echota Tribe on my maternal side. I am P185 in Family #5. Good luck!
  • I have one male Parker left before me. My moms younger brother Gordon Parker. I haven't had the chance to discuss with him if he would be interested or not. Both other brothers Terry and Theron have already passed. I have hit a road block on ancestry.com and everything before my grandfather im not 100% on. I know my grandfathers dad was named John Parker and the story is that he was married to a native American woman who's last name was Newman and she was called Eveningstar. She may have been some kind of adult dacer at some point! Would really love some help.
  • You have an older Parker link than I and I started this search in 1983. If you find a male Parker of your mom's line to test you could do yDNA for the Parker yDNA project. Mike
