Can you help me link my Parker Y-DNA matches for Parker Family Group #42?

Hi Parker People,

My Uncle took the Y-DNA test at my request. I can trace our line back to Lemuel Parker (b. @ 1765 in Connecticut, d. @ 1835 Sempronius, Cayuga County, New York) wife is Tacy Barber Niles (b. 11 June 1782 Stephentown, Rensselaer County, New York, d. @ 1835 Sempronius, Cayuga County, New York.

My first Y-DNA match is descended from Perry Oliver Parker (b. Feb 1852 Maude, Indiana, died 31 August 1903 Sharon, Mercer, Pennsylvania) wife is Viola Tisdale (b. 5 March 1853 New York, d. 1 March 1923 Brookfield, Trumbull, Ohio). Parents of Perry Oliver Parker are William Parker b. @ 1802 in Pennsylvania, probably died in Indiana before 1870) wife is Mary Hunter (b. 1813 Pennsylvania, d. aft. 1870 probably in Mercer County, Pennsylvania).

The second Y-DNA match is descended from William Harrison Parker (b. 1828 Detroit, Wayne, Michigan, d. abt 1895 probably Fulton County, Ill) wife is Nancy Ellen Davis (b. abt 1832 Indiana, d. unknown) William and Nancy divorced and William remarried to Emma S Denny (b. April 1851 St. Louis, Missouri, d. 21 July 1936 in Phoenix, Maricopa, AZ). The parents of William Harrison Parker are: Andrew, Andrus, Andress Parker (b. abt. 1783 in Pennsylvania, d. 14 January 1855 in Knox County, Illinois) wife is Polly ? (b. abt 1799 in Vermont, d. aft. 1850 in Illinois).

I have a tree on ancestry and did a search there for your Lemuel Lawrence Parker. There are several trees that have your Lemuel in them. You would need a subscription to Ancestry to see these but I did find that alot of work has been done on Find a Grave on your Parkers. Below is a link to your Lemuel Lawrence Parker: https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/54497802/lemuel-lawrence-parker You can click on his parents, etc to see their information as well. I also checked on Family Search and there is a tree with your Lemuel listed, here is the link: https://www.familysearch.org/tree/pedigree/portrait/KVGZ-2T2 You may have to sign up with Family Search in order to see this tree but that is free. On Family Search you can also add people or change something that isn't correct with the tree. Another nice thing about Family Search is that sometimes you can find a copy of the original death certtificate for someone, and I checked for your Lemuel and found his. Just click on "Records" at the top of the page and enter the information. When you find what you are looking for you can download it to your computer or print it out. You also want to check out the "Sources" for your Lemuel and his parents, there is alot of good documentation for this family.
I checked the DNA at Ancestry and 23 & Me but don't find a connection at either one. It is possible our Lemuel's are related but it would be in the way back and wouldn't show up in autosomal DNA testing. Have any of your Parker relatives taken the Y-DNA test at Family Tree DNA? Anyway I hope this helps, and it always nice to correspond with someone researching Parkers!

I am a fish out of water here.

I am having trouble navigating this website/page.

I see that you have a Lemuel Parker, so that’s why I’m commenting.

My earliest Parker ancestor that I have unearthed is Lemuel Lawrence Parker (1855-1941). He is my 3GG.

He married Margarett Adaline Greenwood (1858-1938), my 3GG.

Lemuel and Margarett has a son Howard Archibald Parker (1883-1946). Archibald is my 2GG.

Howard Archibald Parker 2GG (1883-1946)
Alice Glenn Parker Oleson GG (1904-1986)
Annabell Adeline Oleson Volk G (1929-2005)
Roberta Jo Volk DeRung Mother (1954-living)
I am Rachel DeRung Tock (1974-living)

I have DNA tested on both Ancestry and 23 and Me.
