Alfred (Doc) Parker born 1916 in or near Barnes Creek, Louisiana he is the son of Daniel Boone Parker born 1872 in Hancock County, Mississippi who moved to Louisiana before 1880 with his father Lafayette Parker born 1843 in Hancock County, Mississippi. This family is very large and many descendants still live in the same area not far from Barnes Creek, Louisiana today.
