I have keep this book for many years thinking he belonged to me. I was born in White County, Illinois is why I believed that. I wanted to share with the Illinois Parkers.Civil War Vet.

  • Do you have any information on this James W. Parker family. I have track down the Edward Parker family of Smith Co. Tenn. Some of the family lived in Franklin Co. Illinois and possible some in Williamson Co. Illinois. I do have a marriage of a George Washington Parker who married in 1880 saying he was born 1823 in Smith Co. Tenn and his father was Edward Parker.
    Also this Edward Parker was born in Halifax Co. Va and his father was William Parker.
    Please let me know if you have any connection to these Parker's
