  • Hi, Family,

Raymond V Parker, Happy to be aboard. I do believe Peter Harmon Parker and John Burns Parker are brothers. John was born 1809 27 March East Tennessee, purchased land and migrated to MS 1/6/1836 age 27, He was married to Moriah Chitwood, Born 1813 in Tennessee, Died 1873 in Chickasaw County, MS. John B Parker Died November 9, 1887 in Chickasaw, Mississippi, USA They had 11 children, the 8th child Jackson Scott Parker 1848-1918 was my 2nd great grandfather. I have a DNA Match Peter H descendants  that connects the 2 strongly. I believe in documentation, without it, it is just speculation> But i do believe some passed on family story's and history can be helpful in our search for the documentation. Unconfirmed, on Peter H side, his father was named John, and there were 3 brothers, On John B side, always heard there were 3 brothers. Both Peter H and John B are as far as we get in our search, the DNA connection i have with, Jennifer K {Parker} Capelli could be the break through we have all been searching for, Now it is time to dig in and connect the dots. looking forward to working with you all in our search.
