    UPDATE June 2023 the Browsholme Parker part of Parker DNA Project Family #16 and Dr. Richard Parker FG#16 is not the Richard Parker of DNA FG#7 of Nansemond Co., VA Dr Richard Parker never was in Nansemond Co., VA

    Do you know if you connect to the William Parker 1750-1818 married to Patience Shipley and living in Washington County TN? His daughter Rachel Parker married John Payne in Washington County in 1794.
    Family Tree DNA shows a DNA connection but without a lineage how can we know that for sure?
