  • Do you know if you connect to the William Parker 1750-1818 married to Patience Shipley and living in Washington County TN? His daughter Rachel Parker married John Payne in Washington County in 1794.
    Family Tree DNA shows a DNA connection but without a lineage how can we know that for sure?
