So far I seem to have found numerous Parker families in GA but none of them are related to John F. Parker. That is, the John Franklin Parker who married Mary Jane Savage (1860-1960) in Dec. 1879 in Okeechobee, FL or it may have been Brevard County, FL. Those two are my g-great grandparents.
Their daughter was Drusilla Parker born Oct. 1880. Later came Lewis, John, and Barney. Drusilla was my great grandmother.
With some of those details I'm looking for the mother and father of John Franklin Parker. According to the 1880 census both of parents were born in Georgia. And Sumter County, GA is near the GA and Alabama state line.
So far I found a numerous Parker families from GA but none of them included John Franklin Parker. If anyone has anything it would be great.
He also is of Native American descent, most likely half or more to use old terminology.
